We try to represent colours as accurately and true to life as possible. However, colours may not appear the same on different devices. Note also that most items will look different when lit up under photography lighting.

The plugins used to build this site use cookies to make everything work; we have not authorised them to collect any private data, and we don’t use cookies to analyse you or store any info about you.
Returns Policy for goods
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. We therefore offer a full refund guarantee. Items which are returned for any reason (other than being incorrect, or not as described) are subject to the following conditions:
- All returns must be returned in original condition. Items that are altered, soiled or damaged will void any refund.
- Returned items must be packed properly (in the original packaging if possible) for secure return posting. Items that are damaged during return transit due to inadequate packing will void any refund. Insured and tracked post is recommended.
- We will refund the cost of purchase only –
postage costs will not be refunded. - All returns must be notified within 14 days of delivery, or any refund will be voided.
- Please contact us before returning any item.
In the event of goods being incorrectly described or the wrong goods being sent, we will refund your postage costs, as well as the cost of the goods, once the goods have been returned and received in good order.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please note this when signing for the item with the courier, and please take a photo of the packaging if possible, then contact us.
Cancellation of Wholesale Orders
We will refund your original payment minus a 10% charge to cover our time, re-stocking costs, financial transaction fees and other costs. We will not refund any bespoke orders where we have produced goods to order or non-standard specifications.
Post & Packing
Postage is based on weight and size.
A mixture of new and clean re-
You will be able to choose your postage method and see the actual cost during checkout (before needing to commit to buy). Delivery charges for wholesale orders will be notified when we send our pro-forma invoice or quote.
You are responsible for any import duties and taxes applied in your country upon receiving the goods, if any such taxes or duties apply.
Postal Insurance
If you require insurance, please select the appropriate postal delivery service during checkout, or contact us before Checkout for more details.
Sale of Goods:
Items will be posted once payment has been received in full. We will wait for BACs transfers to clear before posting goods. Title of ownership of goods will remain with PBC Trading (trading as: Material Metrics) until goods are paid for in full, including all associated postal costs.
A full printed receipt will be included with all orders for your records.

This site uses WooCommerce Shopping cart with Stripe payment gateway, which allows a large number of secure payment methods.
